Hiring contractual employees means greater flexibility for the client-company for it allows it the freedom to choose only those whose performance and qualifications will help raise the company's profile. For the contractual employee whose performance does not measure up to the company standards, we could make the immediate replacement. For direct hire or executive searches, we replace any employee within one month from date of hire if performance does not meet the specifications.
CONTRACT & EMPLOYMENT ORIENTATION
We handle the preparation of employment contracts of the temporary staff assigned. An orientation on the nature of the assignment, proper office procedures and personality development is given along with interpersonal relationship, safety orientation and company rules and regulations.
REGULAR MANPOWER MONITORING
The client-companies are assured of a regular status report of our assigned personnel. The report serves as inputs for the deployment planning, scheduling and/or restructuring.
ZERO ADVANCE DEPOSIT
We require no advance deposit. Payrolls are made and paid by the agency in advance and billed to the client-company plus the administrative fee follows after the first payday that the employee has started working for the company. For companies hiring for permanent employees through the agency are billed the administrative fee equal to the one month salary of the hired personnel only. There will be no other charges.
PAYROLLING
We prepare the payroll and pay to personnel their respective salaries and wages in accordance with the provision of the Labor Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations and other pertinent laws.
REMITTANCES
We handle the remittances to primarily the government agencies (Social Security System, Housing Development Mutual Fund, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation and Bureau of Internal Revenues) the premiums contributions of the workers, following the usual provisions of the law.
MANAGEMENT OF FRINGE BENEFITS & PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
We manage, in the company's stead, the giving of the holiday pay, 13th month pay and other benefits, if any, as provided by law. Our workers are each provided with personal accident insurance.
