Rules & Regulations (Patakaran at Alituntunin)

v     Ang bawat contractual na tao (temporary employee) o trainee na under ng Gastardo Career Management Services ay may sariling takdang gawain at tungkulin. Ito ay dapat niyang sundin at bigyan ng halaga.
Attendance at Absences

  • Ang pag-pasok sa trabaho ng lagpas sa ____ minuto ng takdang oras ay katumbas ng pagiging late. Ang pangatlong late sa isang buwan ay katumbas ng pagiging absent ng isang araw at pagtanggap ng:
1st Offense - written warning memo
2nd Offense – suspension
3rd Offense – ang Pagtanggal sa serbisyo (Termination)
  • Ang pag-alis ng walang paalam o walang mabuting dahilan habang naka-duty ay matatanggal sa serbisyo.
  • Labas ang mga day-off pinahihintulutan lamang ng ___ araw ang hindi pagpasok sa isang buwan, maliban kung may pahintulot galing sa opisina.
  • Ang hindi pagpasok ay kailangang itawag muna sa opisina a day before unless kung may emergency kung hindi masususpindi.
  • Ang hindi pagpasok na walang paalam sa opisina ng ____ araw na sunod-sunod sa isang buwan ay katumbas ng AWOL o absence without leave at ito ay basehan ng pagtanggal sa serbisyo.
  • Ang break sa bawat shift at tatagal lamang ng ____ minutes at ang hindi pagsunod ay makakatanggap ng Warning Memo.

Uniform  at mga ibang Gamit (ang paglabag sa mga sumusunod at makatanggap ng Memo):

  • Ang bawat contractual na tao (temporary employee) o trainee ay dapat nakasuot ng kumpletong uniform sa wastong paraan habang nakaduty.
  • Ang mga damit, sapatos, o ano mang gamit ng bawat contractual na tao (temporary employee) o trainee ay dapat nakatabi ng maayos. Ang ano mang gamit na wala sa lugar na dapat paglagyan ay kukumpiskahin ng opisina.   
Conduct & Behavior (Ang mga sumusunod ay mahigpit na ipinagbabawal habang nakaduty and /or nasa loob ng premises ng kompaya o opisina o sa pinagtatrabahuan. Ang paglabag dito ay makakatanggap ng Memo at katumbas ng Pagkatanggal (TERMINATION) sa serbisyo.)

  • Ang hindi pagsunod o ang pagtanggi ng utos galing sa amo na may kaugnayan parin sa trabaho.
1st Offense – final written warning memo
2nd Offense – ang Pagtanggal sa Serbisyo (Termination)
  • Ang hindi paggalang sa mga nakakataas sa kanya o superior sa kanya at ang hindi pagsunod sa kanyang mga tungkulin.

  • Pagpakita ng ano mang klaseng karahasan, hindi paggalang, at kabastusan sa kapwa empleyado at sa customers.

3rd Offense – ang Pagtanggal sa Serbisyo (Termination)
  • Paghamon ng away sa nakakataas sa kanya, sa katrabaho at sa customers ay katumbas ng pagkakatanggal  sa serbisyo (Termination).
  • Ang hindi pagpapaalam na magtipon-tipon o mag usap-usap tungkol sa Labor Union ay katumbas ng pagkatanggal sa serbisyo (Termination).
  • Natutulog at ang paglalaro na hindi ugnay sa trabaho habang naka-duty o nasa premises ng opisina o sa kompanya ay katumbas ng:
1st Offense - written warning reprimand
2nd Offense – suspension
3rd Offense – ang Pagtanggal sa Trabaho (Termination)
  • Pag-sira o vandalize ng mga gamit sa kompanya o opisina na pinapasukan ay katumbas ng pagkakatanggal sa serbisyo (Termination).
  • Pagsugal o pag-inom ng ano mang alcoholic beverage habang naka-duty o nasa premises ng opisina o kompanya na pinapasukan ay katumbas ng pagkatanggal sa serbisyo (Termination).
  • Hindi pagtanggap ng kanyang kamalian kapag nabigyan ng Memo o kapag napagsabihan.

We take pride in the recruitment, in partnership with PESO, of the right candidate for the company's requirements. Only candidates who perfectly match the job specifications will be sent to the company for the final interview.

IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT
Hiring contractual employees means greater flexibility for the client-company for it allows it the freedom to choose only those whose performance and qualifications will help raise the company's profile. For the contractual employee whose performance does not measure up to the company standards, we could make the immediate replacement. For direct hire or executive searches, we replace any employee within one month from date of hire if performance does not meet the specifications.

CONTRACT & EMPLOYMENT ORIENTATION
We handle the preparation of employment contracts of the temporary staff assigned. An orientation on the nature of the assignment, proper office procedures and personality development is given along with interpersonal relationship, safety orientation and company rules and regulations.

REGULAR MANPOWER MONITORING
The client-companies are assured of a regular status report of our assigned personnel. The report serves as inputs for the deployment planning, scheduling and/or restructuring.

ZERO ADVANCE DEPOSIT
We require no advance deposit. Payrolls are made and paid by the agency in advance and billed to the client-company plus the administrative fee follows after the first payday that the employee has started working for the company. For companies hiring for permanent employees through the agency are billed the administrative fee equal to the one month salary of the hired personnel only. There will be no other charges.

PAYROLLING
We prepare the payroll and pay to personnel their respective salaries and wages in accordance with the provision of the Labor Code of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations and other pertinent laws.

REMITTANCES
We handle the remittances to primarily the government agencies (Social Security System, Housing Development Mutual Fund, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation and Bureau of Internal Revenues) the premiums contributions of the workers, following the usual provisions of the law.

MANAGEMENT OF FRINGE BENEFITS & PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
We manage, in the company's stead, the giving of the holiday pay, 13th month pay and other benefits, if any, as provided by law. Our workers are each provided with personal accident insurance.
